Sail past the island of S. Giorgio Maggiore, S. Elena gardens and the Lido reaching Murano, known for its handmade glasses. Here we will visit an artistic glassblowing factory. Then we will proceed to the island of Burano, famous for its lacemaking and brightly-colored fishermen’s houses. Continue to Torcello to visit the ancient Basilica of S. Maria Assunta with its magnificent mosaics and the Church of S. Fosca.
