Register as an Agent

Registering as an agent will grant you the ability to export a customized Cloud Tours itineraries as a PDF file. You will be able to select the hotels, day tour options and tour extension options of your choice to best suit your clients or tour groups. This feature is exclusive to registered agents.

  • This name will appear as the contact above the email, phone and web address block on exported itineraries.
  • Upload This image will appear near the top of an exported PDF itinerary. Accepted image file formats include: .jpg, .jpeg, .png and .gif Consider using http://wordtojpeg.com to convert your Word doc into an image. You will need to crop your image appropriately.
  • The name of your agency as it will appear above the address block on exported itineraries.
  • Enter the address block information you'd like to have appear on exported itineraries.
  • Your main phone number.
  • Please enter your toll-free number here.
  • Enter your fax number as it should appear on exported itineraries.
  • Minimum length of 8 characters.
    The password must have a minimum strength of Very Weak    Strength indicator
