Day 1: Depart US for Lisbon
Your overnight flight takes you across the Atlantic to Lisbon, Portugal.

Day 2: Lisbon / Madeira
Welcome to Lisbon! Connect for your flight to Madeira. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy an afternoon at your resort. Madeira is a subtropical paradise of volcanic origin. It is an Eden of ancient rainforests, gorges, sea side cliffs and magical waterfalls. Surround yourself with the best nature can offer!

Day 3 - 6: Madeira
Days to enjoy this fabulous island of nature! Your car will be delivered to your hotel. Visit the capital, Funchal, with its quaint streets lined with stores and cafes. Don't forget the local market! Drive up through the mountains and experience nature like never before - deep set valleys, lush vegetation, waterfalls streaming down the cliffside and breathtaking views of the sea. Visit the traditional towns hidden in the mountains such as Sao Vicente! Don't miss a swim in the unique “natural pools” created by the sea crashing against the rocks. Visit the unique triangular houses of Santana and ride the famous Monte Toboggan run - a ride in a wicker and wooden sled at high speed down a clliffside. An experience not to be missed! Sail to the little island of Porto Santo with its magnificent long sandy beach. There is much to do on this beautiful island! Some hotels offer honeymoon amenities.

Day 7: Madeira / Home
Drive to the airport to drop off your car. Fly to Lisbon to connect to your flight home.

Car rental is based on 24-hour periods. Included is unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver and VAT. Airport tax of approximately $40 will be collected locally. For additional time, add $35 per person, per day. Depending on hotel, car may be delivered complimentary to Madeira hotel while surcharge may apply for others.
