Day 3: Visit the archeological site with the Temple of Apollo and the Athenian Treasury and the museum of Delphi housing the famous bronze statue, the Charioteer. Depart from Delphi and drive through Central Greece and the cities of Lamia, Trikala, to Kalambaka, a small town built at the foot of the majestic gray rocks and crowned by the Meteora monasteries. Day 4: Return to Athens passing by the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae.
